Официалното име на продукта е „Тактически Абсорбиращи Елементи“ (ТАЕ), но в средите на военнослужещите те вече придобиха популярност като „памперси за бойно насиране“.Според официални източници, новите памперси са разработени в сътрудничество с водещи специалисти по тактическо оборудване и биотехнологии. Те осигуряват на войниците повишена мобилност и комфорт в екстремни бойни условия, когато достъпът до санитарни възли е ограничен. Освен че са хипоалергични, те предлагат и висока абсорбираща способност, като по този начин помагат на бойците да останат фокусирани върху задачите си, без да се разсейват от неочаквани физиологични нужди.Пилотната програма за внедряване на ТАЕ вече стартира в няколко бойни поделения, където войниците споделят, че новите памперси подобряват значително удобството по време на дълги мисии.
