Сензационен инцидент се разигра в подлеза на НДК, където свидетели твърдят, че бившият премиер Кирил Петков е участвал в необичайна сцена. Според очевидци, Петков бил забелязан да върви бързо в подлеза, като в този момент се сблъскал с няколко възрастни жени. В резултат на това, две от тях загубили равновесие и паднали на земята.Свидетелите твърдят, че случилото се е изглеждало случайно, но ситуацията предизвика вълна от коментари в социалните мрежи. Някои дори предполагат, че инцидентът е бил неправилно интерпретиран и че става дума за неволно подбутване, в резултат на натоварения трафик в подлеза.Все още няма официално изявление от Петков по случая, но според присъстващи на мястото той е помогнал на падналите жени да станат и е продължил по пътя си, като се извинил за случилото се.
